Hi Romee have had 4 kids and I recommend you do a giant pad then you put aloe Vera gel on it and which hazel and you freeze it it works a lot better then the already made ones and you heal faster

I already know what is needed thanks to my daughter, but I just love your voice so much that I wanted to watch this :) Edit: always bring an extra blanket and slippers, very needed, ohhhh and wear a dress home, I had a vaginal birth but still recommend it because I couldn't even wear regular underwear for a week, it really hurts in that home area and stomach, I can only imagine how much worse it is for moms who have c-sections

I don't know if u should bring it to the hospital but u should deffenetly buy a but shower cause u don't want to wipe your damaged hurt parts down there with toilette paper. But everyone says it's good to rinse and wash yourself with water. Good luck I hope everything is going to be fine with you and the little one.
